T O P I C R E V I E WAbc333My Solar Return for 2015 is a little odd. The transiting vertex will be conjunct my natal ascendant and my natal vertex will be conjunct my SR Ascendant. My natal ASC is Sag and my SR ASC is Leo.What do you make of this?mcmlxixfrom what I understand the vertex is only relevant in synastry, not natal charts, and I doubt in progressions and returns. PeluchesWhen the Vertex conjuncts the ASC in synastry, you can be sure it's a double whammy, even if the second Vertex/ASC conjunction is a little wide.I wouldn't pay much attention to the SR Vertex conjunct your n ASC, because it's doesn't hold much importance. What's really important is how your natal Vertex is affected. The natal Vertex is a turning point for unexpected, life-changing events. Of course, something as fast and precise as the transiting ASC would not have much influence, except for little everyday surprises such as winning a little money at the lottery (see Gabby's thread in Astrology 2.0 about that) or maybe an unexpected visit of a friend. I have never experienced my SR tASC on my natal Vertex, but as the Solar Return lasts one year, I'd imagine it has a little more impact than unexpected visits.Hope this helped ! http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum35/HTML/002321.html RandallInteresting.
